Book online in 2 easy steps: 1- Hotel destination, time, number of people.
Please enter your arrival flight time into the Time slot. You will then be given 3 time options to select for your party to depart from Sydney airport. Driver will still monitor the flight on the day and will try to collect as soon as you collect your luggage/clear customs.
2 - Your personal details and payment. Additional Information filed REQUIRES all passengers to input their arrival flight number for us to be able to monitor on the day

Unfortunately, we do not drop off or pick up from Sydney train station. However you can still use our service choosing hotel close by. If you arriving or departing from any of stations below, please use our selected hotels from drop down list when making a booking

Central Railway Station, Sydney – YHA Sydney Central (11 Rawson Pl, Sydney)

Kings Cross – Funkhouse Backpackers ( 23 Darlinghurst Rd Potts Point)

Town Hall Station – Hotel Coronation (5-7 Park St Sydney)

Wynyard Station – The Menzies Hotel (14 Carrington Street)

Not staying in Hotel (City Location)

You do not need to stay in the hotel to use our service. Please choose any hotel in the Shared Transfer booking form to use as pick up and drop off point.

Please note: If you are not staying in the hotel, please state that in our “Special Instruction” box at the bottom of the booking form.

Important: Shared Shuttle Buses do not pick up from any residential addresses.

Not Staying in Hotel (Residential)

We can pick you up from your residential address. You do not need to stay in the hotel to use our service. Please use our Not staying in the hotel booking form

Each hotel is allocated a 30-minute time window based on its geographical location. Go Sydney Shuttle bus will visit a required hotel at any time within this 30-minute time window. Clients must be checked out and ready to board at the start of the pick-up period. The 30-minute window is to assist the driver to perform his collection duties without delays. Driver is unable to wait for late or missing passengers out of consideration for the majority of other passengers.


The driver will enter the hotel lobby to collect clients and assist with luggage. If the driver cannot readily identify his clients, he will seek the assistance of the hotel concierge or reception. If, after consulting with hotel staff, the clients cannot be found or are not ready to travel, the driver will report to the operator who may then authorize driver to leave. The driver will then proceed to the next hotel on his list.

If your flight is delayed you can catch our next available shuttle* leaving the airport (*subject to availability). We will do our best to pick up every passenger who has confirmed booking with us.

Hours of operation

Sydney to Airport - first service starts at 05:00am- 05:30am depending on your location. If you require to get picked up before hours, please contact us before making a booking via email info@gosydneyshuttle.com.au to enquire.

Pick up Window: 30 minutes. Buses will go around different hotels to pick more passengers along the way to the airport

Journey time: 45 to 60 minutes

Airport to Sydney – 06:00 – 21:00
